My dad is 64 years old and he has pain in left knee I am attaching x ray and ultrasound report Is it normal Do both x ray and ultrasound suggest the same? Why does he have pain?

Arthritis there, visit orthopedic doctor for physical examination.if effusion is more it will be aspirated and send for analysis if required to rule out the cause for arthritis
