Hip fracture
My mother (70 yrs old) has been suffering from back injury for more than 4 years. few months ago she has got hip fracture by falling. Doctor advised not to go through surgery. She is completely unable to walk or move   without wheel chair. Also  she suffers from moderately pain. My question is .,.... Does she improve gradually through non operative treatment like bed rest, medicines & therapy etc?

A hip fracture is a fracture of necessity - unless patient is unfit to undergo surgery due to an ongoing life threatening issue it has to be operated on. I would suggest to get a surgery done ( cannot mention details as I don't have the xray plates) at the earliest before muscle wasting makes surgical results poor. No person will want to have pain and inability to sit let alone stand and walk
