This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Is there any pain or restriction of movements currently? Any previous history of injury? Xray report does not seem to be worrisome. Kindly share the image if possible.

No it's an old finding in an xray. May or may not be a fracture too. If no pain is there you can ignore this

It means there has been a doubtful hip fracture previously and there is arthritis now because of the fracture
