What is the maximum age in boys to grow tall under normal circumstances. Is there any scientific method to determine the chances of growing height, like xray or scanning or something to check how much growth possible and if bones stopped growing. Please suggest me so that I can get that test done. Also please suggest how check if growth has stopped or not and how to grow tall like nutrition and food etc.. Lots of thanks. Sincerely.

Not able to concentrate in anything I'm a football player had to give up football because of these problems so I'm not having any alternative way to reduce my stress I'm a teetotaler but because of these persisting pain is it advisable to consume alchohol to reduce the pain Drugs I take Sazo 500mg and as prescribed by rheumatologist I take HCQS Kindly guide me ,thanks in advance

Sir. Recently I have known that I have anko. Spondylitis. I work in a bank. So it is a sitting job also. It is in the initial phase. What can be done now for the best. To whom can I meet. And what should I do. I am a bit nervous and confused. Though I am taking medicines from a neurologist. Should I go for stem cell treatment. Or I have to live with painkillers whole my life. I can not sleep very well. Bcz of pain and a bit of nervousness also. Is there any possibility that I can live a normal life without painkillers. Can it be cured or delayed. I need a medical guidance which can be give me enough confidence. Bcz future is scaring me. I am just 30and a long painful years are in front of my eyes. And I am losing hope.
