Bone & Muscle problems

When i was 9 month old i had polio in my left leg.. and now when i walk i used my hand on my leg and my ankle is 2 or 3 inch above the ground .. so can you fix this problem

I feel pain on my left side body I get severe pain near my waist kneees as my pack pain hurts on left side I get little pain near left abdomen

SOMETIMES MY BACK GET STRUCK..I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO BEND. SITTING IN SAME POSTURE FOR A LONG TIME INCREASES MY PAIN.

Having severe lower back pain esp. in morning. However, the pain diminishes as the day passes by and again next morning the pain gets back. What are the steps that can be taken to prevent such back pain?

Today I had 13th physio session for bells palsy. I'm done with steroid and antibiotics course. My nerves were responding to galvanic but yesterday on my face, little right to forehead, the nerve didn't respond. Physio applied faradic current and it responded then. Today even though it responded for galvanic, she again applied faradic current on the face. I heard faradic results in secondary contracture when applied on face. when faradic is applied on the side of the neck (trunk) i can hardly sense the stimulation. I have very little cheek movements and little on forehead. How much time it usually takes for recovery? Should I worry about the faradic current applying to facial muscles?

I wanna join military but in this field having good height and good posture is very important I have all qualifications to become good army men but my low height put my self esteem in doubt can any ortho surgeon could please suggest me cost and complications of illizarov technique because I have made sure to undergo knife to increase height

Since i started my job, i have developed a constant pain in my lower back. The pain is not too much but low constant pain irritates me. It generally occurs in the evening time in office hours. It also occurs when i run or do excessive cardio. Please suggest

I had injured my ankle during parajump, it got twisted and I got x ray done, there was no bone injury, however doc told that soft tissue got ruptured and it l get ok after taking rest, I had undergone physiotherapy sessions etc the pain reduced but still persists, itz been almost 3 and a half months

My mom has got pain in her leg since last 3 months..she can't even walk properly..our family doctor says it is just due to press of some nerve between he bone..I consulted one doctor- (orthopaedic and arthroscopy) and he gave me the medicines - tablet lorsaid 8mg, tablet sirdalud2mg, tablet lyrica 75mg, tablet gemcal and injection arachitol( once in a week for 3 weeks).. I have given 1 injection to her yesterday but the pain has increased more...she is literally crying bcoz of pain..is the pain due to injection or its due to the nerve press..plzz suggest me what to do
