Hi I got comminuted fracture distal tibia on April 21 and doctor did surgery . It tibia interlock nail right and titanium nail. Now after 2 week of surgery doctor is going to put permanent plaster. Now my questions is about the complete healing time , diet to be followed and time to go back to the office. Regards Madhur

It's been Over an year since I have a ligament tear. Pain increased since a month. What do you suggest.

I am feeling regular lower back pain and having pain in back joints and stiffness not the lower hips area if I sit for more then hour, it's happening from last year almost. Can you please suggest what is your opinion wether I will go for orthopaedics or spine.

I'm 10 months pp had c section. Had mild back pain from 4 months and now it has increased to a level I can't sit for more than 15 to 20 mins. I always want to lay down. Hi, I have joint pain sometimes, most of the times in knees. Mostly if I run. I am also suffering from gouts. My right toe pains sometime and I have pull it and make a cracking sound and pain remains for a few minutes and then go away. I am suspecting arthritis but not sure. I did not consult with doctor regarding this yet.
