Started medication 40 days back. Kindly find the attachment for the diagnosis and medication. I am HLA B27 +ve and already had two episodes of uvitis in right eye in last 16 months. Kindly suggest best treatment as it is in early stage. Ayurveda or allopathic. Medicine: Sulfasalazine delayed release 1g BD Etoricoxib 120mg HS And vitamin, folic acid.

I am having lower back pain due to this I am unable to bend forward and backward . I am facing this problem from last 2 days .

When I run or walk after few minutes I have a pain in my knees nd even at night when I m sleeping my legs were paining

My Father got a spinal injury in May 2013, The below is a portion of report we got after few months of injury in may 2013. "At L3-4 and L4-5 diffuse circumferential of discs cause mild narrowing of both neural formina. Conus medullaris is normal. No inter-spinal mass is seen. No intra spinal mass is seen. No pre or para vertebral collection seen. Facet joint are normal. " I think there is no serious thing but he still has pain while sitting and at the time of standing. Shall we consult with neurologist or physiotherapist or yoga or homeo or Ayurveda ? He has another problem is in his urine. The sonography report says ureters are not visualized and most likely undilated. This he has after spinal injury, is this related to spinal injury?

I'm suffering from Bacterial Joint Inflammation (Septic Arthritis) in knee. I've been taking following medicines since 10 mar 2016. Cefuroxime 250mg, Deflazacort 6mg , Restoheel (Trypsin Chymotripsin and Acceclofenac & Paracitamol). Now I'm feeling well but not completely, sometimes I feel severe pain in knee and then I'm unable to move the joint. I was advised for CRP, RH Factor, ANA and S. Uric Acid tests. All the test reports were normal excluding CRP. My CRP level was 196 on 11 mar 2016. I want to know that how many days I should take these medcines and what are the further steps I should take.

Sir, I having high uric acid 8.9 since last 2 years and am under medication febxostat80/40 that keeps the level at 5-6. Presently taking 1 pill morning and missing the same makes an uncomfortable feeling (little burning) in my feet. Uric acid last checked on 31 may and it was 6.2. I need a permanent treatment and stop want to stop taking pills, kindly guide... Thanking u in anticipation...

I hurt my back in my childhood and without any medications I was alright n now before n during period I have severe backache. But now a days I have back pain quite often n it has become difficult for me to sit n travel for long.
