My mother having severe right leg pain from yesterday, pain from the top of thigh and couldn't able to walk. Please advise

My sister had met with an accident and fractured her foot as well as her toe. Now, the POP has been removed and she can walk comfortably. However, she does experience some pain while walking. Also, she is looking to participate in a state level dance competition towards the end of this month. I have attached the X ray of her foot. Could you please let me know if her fracture has healed and if she can take part in strenuous dance routines ?
