I am bothered by back pain for the 10 years, please suggest me some medication or excercise. I have a lot of pain medication did not work completely.

Posterior disc osteophyte complex and disc herniation C4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-C7. From 40 days, Pain at left shoulder blade radiating towards left arm till finger, tingling and numbness sensation in left hand, pain at biceps and triceps.

I recently played cricket after long time, I had unbearable pain in my chest and in my biceps area while I was bowling,I was not able to bowl more than 5balls. I was having heavy on that two areas ,and the biceps area has become reddish, like internal blood leak. After one week it faded away,and I again tried bowling, but I was not able to bowl after 5balls,the same pain and internal blood leak is subsequently appearing. What is the remedy for coming out this issue

I am suffering from chronic knee pains at night for last 5-6 years. Initially frequency was once in few months. But now a days it is constant. I was asked by ortho to get blood test. Report is attached. As per him it is because of high uric acid. I also have high anti CCP. I get severe infection very often like swelling in internal nose or lump in armpit.
