M having pain at back a little below the shoulder on right side since 2 days... What can it be?? Plz suggest a pain killer!

Tk muscle relaxant medicine and do hot fermentation avoid computer work and heavy weight . its muscular strain of pectorals muscle

I would suggest you check your TSH levels and change thyronorm dosage after consulting endocrinologist. The reason of pain could also be due to depression associated with hypothyroidism.
