Lower back pain
I have a lower back pain (mostly side right) from 2 years .. It disappears Nd re occurs .. I am not able to bend forward too much ...it hurts when I bend forward

Firstly avoid toward bending and do spine stretching exercise and tk physio sessions keep equal balance on pelvic and both legs

Pain aggravating on forward bending can be due to disc problems Please consult a neurosurgeon at the earliest

Hi..try to find out which activity aggrevates and which activity relieves pain. Considering your symptoms looks like its originating from ur spine or lumbo sacral joint. If bending backwards relieves pain try doing extension exercises. Don't continue if pain persists.
