I have got left shoulder pain while sleeping on either side after my bypass surgery happened before 2& half months

I had pain in my feet from this monday. But the pain was not much to bother about. But it went on increasing day by day and on thursday, sitting at my workplace, It became so severe that i had to remove my shoes and i found that the area near the ankle on left feet has all swelled up and i just can't walk properly after that due to excessive pain. Visited the doctor same day. He gave me some meditations(i attached the same). I am taking the medicines from last 2 days. But of no use. Swelling has not reduced by even a little amount. I was even using bandage during night. Please suggest me what can be done now? Ps. - I bought new formal shoes on sunday and was wearing the same on whole day on sunday and they were tight near the fingers. And i am wearing the same from that day. Can it be reason for the same or some other issue is there?

Every morning i suffer from from back pain

I am. Getting pain in the feet below the heel since few months. The pain is more in the morning and the area gets jammed. Slowly it decreases but little pain is there throughout

I have severe neck pain and back pain.it might be due to my incorrect postures and I face giddiness due to it and also severe head ache at times coupled with above mentioned pain.

It has been 6 days since a guitar fell on my wrist and my wrist has swollen badly. Even after taking several medicines including pain killers and steroids the pain hasn't decreased and theres still some swelling. I have done xray and mri. Nothing significant showed up. Should I get a cast for at least 2 weeks? The pain is immense

My lumbar spine is straight instead of curved. is their any doctor who can adjust my lower spine to relieve some pain? and adjustment mean i am referring to chiropractor only.

Getting severe back pain in the right lowerside and it is found in x ray that disc space is between the lower discs is reduced on right side. Kindly advise
