How to teart groin injury
Pain at right side and in lower abductory muscle happened three months ago ,rest hydrotherapy and resistance band exercises are on ,still no relief plz get a solution for a speedy recovery

Take hot water application for 15 min before and after strengthing exercise...its help you out...

Hello....it depends on velocity of injury...if local hematoma is formed in that area , it has to be drained , see if there is any swelling in groin region ,you have pain from 3 months ,examination and exploration is required ,, if its a mild i injury it would have healed by now.... Consult general surgeon
