Bone & Muscle problems

My husbands has been weak and gets injured easily. Last time while playing basketball, he again twisted his ankle. It pained a lot for the first few days. He uses ice and volini sometimes. Its been two weeks now, he can walk but cant twist his foot left or right. What is recommended so it heals faster.

I'm 18 years old and I'm mere 162cm tall. I want to be at least 175 or above. Please suggest me is ut possible and what exercises or diet routines I should be following. Thank You.

Consistentll pain in calf muscles.its been more than 3 months . the pressure application does relieve pain but thn its is all same again. Even took medicine for it..it did reduced the intensity but the pain remained.

Met with accident and got hip bone damaged. He is unable to walk now due to immense pain at joint. Other doctors recommended to go for hip replacement. Which hospital would be best for hip replacement surgery ?
