Right elbow clicks
From past 2 months i started feeling clicking, crunching sound in right elbow.
I can feel it while moving hands up and down
Sometimes i feel something is shaking inside joint while walking.
No pain is present.
Rarely it pains a lil.
Can i do gymming and strectching exercise.
Fish oil tablet can stop this sound?

Hello... First you should know the cause for sound , click sound could be normal joint movement if its not associated with the local signs like inflammation, swelling, ..in osteoarthritis loose bodies are found in joint space , but I don't think you have that problem , get an x ray once.
