Ribs "popping" or "click" sound and pain
Facing all time little pain in both side of chest and right back too paining like same, also I can hear “popping” or “click” sound from the ribs bones while stretching, Note: there is no such injury or accident or likewise. Additional info: I have started exercise, yoga & walking and controlling diet up to 16000 calories/day since JAN2019 for fat & wait lose, wherein I have reduced the cholesterol by excess 70 points in 3 months.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do deep breathing exercises. --.avoid difficult poses in Yoga. --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. If the popping sound is not accompanied by pain,  ignore it. For the pain on both side of chest and back,  you need to consult with orthopedic doctor if otc pain medication doesn't work Continue with exercises and proper diet
