Crunching sound in both knees
There was no wound or fracture as of now but wen I told my knees I can hear crunching( like plastic crunch ) sounds

Not to worry till you don’t have pain you should be fine most probably it may be called snapping with Physio that should be managed to some extent
But try to check your Utica acid
