A plate was inserted to repair my dads broken shoulder from a car accident. But after the first few physio therapy sessions it shifted from its primary position(maybe because of a wrong exercise). Though it's not troubling or restricting his movement should we be getting it removed?

Hello... Frozen shoulder is the most common complication of should injury, because of myo osification ,rigorous massage could lead to restricted joint movement , you didn't mention when the plate was inserted , you can get it removed , before that x ray is required to know the cause for restricted movement ..consult orthopedic surgeon with x ray.
