Broken right tibia
Hello doctor, i had surgery of broken tibia and inserted titanium plate and screw to fix it, but after 18 month one of my screw is visible now and sometimes blood also comes out but due to covid 19 my doctor cannot fix it, so what i should do now please advice

If the screw is felt or is seen directly with eye, it needs urgent removal.
At 18 months, you can even get the whole implant removed depending on the bone status.
