Hello doctor. i am having a ganglion cyst(maybe) on the back of the wrist. i am not having pain since i left the gymming(2months ago). but during that duration it gave a unbearable pain. same with my left shoulder. its hurts a lot while lifting weights. acute pain

Hi , Get it checked form any Dr , and make sure it is Ganglion , then u can take ultrasonic massage from physiotherapy clinic on that , otherwise it can be removed with a minor surgery.

Hi, a ganglion cyst will become painful if it is injured or infected and in both cases it is advisable to seek a professional opinion rather than self medication.
Shoulder pain on lifting weights is s/o a rotator cuff/ labral injury and needs a shoulder expert to look into that.
So i think you should consult a shoulder surgeon and get youself evaluated properly.
