Dear sir, i m 34 years old, i have suffering knee and feet pain above 4- 5 yars . I consult a physician and he suggest me a blood test . Report is uric acid 7.6. Few months latter i again test my blood and then the report is normal but my pain is raise too much. Please say me what i do

Whenever I wake up from sleep I have stiff back, even a slight movement gives pain. I feel like cramped on the side of back, I can feel the pain in the spinal cord. Many a times I can feel the pain in the stomach also. After an hour or two the pain decreases but the morning are quite painful.

I have severe lower back pain from last one week. I have stopped my gym also from one last week. My work lifestyle is sedentary involves sitting for 8 - 10 hours. I have consulted two general physician doctors. They have asked me to stop gym and prescribed (T. Rantac - 150 mg, T Myospas ). But there is no betterment and relief in my pain. It is continuously paining, I had even took 2 days complete rest but there is no betterment. Please help.
