Knee & leg pain
I was having heel pain since 6 months so had a full health check up done on 21st May 2016. Now I have constant lower body pain in legs knees heels. Heels maximum pain when I wake up in morning. Detected BP=130/100(sitting),Glucose fasting 93;cholestrol 235(high);Triglyceride 625(high);Cholestrol HDL 30(Low);Uric Acid 8.6 (HIGH) ; ECG Normal. Height 1.67, Weight 74 Kgs. Taking tablet ROSUVAS 10 MG & ZYLORIC 100MG since 2 weeks. And 10 almonds soaked overnight every morning and 1 walnut daily. Please advise.

Hello there....., Maintain a healthy weight. This minimizes the stress on your plantar fascia.....Choose supportive shoes. Avoid high heels. Buy shoes with a low to moderate heel, good arch support .... Regular ice massage can help reduce pain and inflammation.....Stretch your arches. Simple home exercises can stretch your plantar fascia, Achilles tendon and calf muscles.....Consider anti inflammatory medications for few days....Consult orthopedician if symptoms persists....
