Hello There. I can understand your concern. you need to have a high protein diet and lots of greens, fruits and vegetables. check your vitamin b12 levels and vit d3 levels, they might be low. Tab. neurobion forte once a day after food. tab. suprcal pro once a day after food. tab. D3 must 60K once a week for 2 months to be chewed. consult a general physician in person for further help. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain
