Are there any exercises, treatments, diet so that we can add inches to our limb length. I have heard that carrying ankle weights on ur legs make them longer and stronger is it true. Pls help. Awaiting ur reply.

Hello, I understand your feeling, Yea carrying ankle weights are good and tea they do make your limbs strong and increase there endurance. Yea they also increase the limbs weight but it would be too minimal that you won't be able to notice it because the once the bone has fused it won't grow. And the minimal spread would be stretching of your joint spaces and that is good for athletes and not to you. Choice is yours to make. Thank you
