Bone & Muscle problems

Of late, I am having severe leg pains almost every night. I mainly stay at home and go to school, so overexertion is not a problem. The pain is a combination of a throbbing and tingling kind (sometimes only tingling) starting from my ankle all the way up to my knee. It's mostly in the right leg, but sometimes in the left too. The pain always persists for almost all night and sometimes remains even after I wake up. It is really painful and also messing with my sleep. What should I do?

Last week I did some heavy workout it was my first time at that time left bicep was hurting but I didn't bother much then next day it became stiff at 90° I asked my friend whatsup with my left bicep like if I was trying to move to it use to give intense pain my friend told don't do workout for 1week it will be OK. as days went the arm was getting free but then day before yesterday I did just 2pushups then yesterday I noticed that I couldn't open my whole arm when I try my bicep hurts n in forearm and there is an unusual thin bone in middle of other side of elbow(from where normal blood test blood is taken). What should I do ? Max I can go is I guess 160°/180°

I am playing badminton 3 times in a week bit after the game I can't climb stairs get knee pain for one week then slowly they go. Why it's happening? ?

I have fallen in bathroom approx 30 days before. I am feeling pain below my knee.no swelling. But if I walk more than two km it start paining.if I sit with knee bend again it's pain. If I sit in vajrasan it paining. I have not done any x-ray. What can be the reason. Is it fracture

Finger, elbow, shoulder joint pain and mid back pain. persisting from past 1 year. only few finger and both elbow and shoulder have pain. MRI and all scan good, except vitamin d3, for which i have started taking supplements still the pain persist

Sir my brother suffering from disc problem. Doctor said that he has a disc dessination changes with annual tear seen in lumbar4-5 & l5 disc. Doctor has advised surgery. Sir plz reply as soon as possible we are waiting for your reply.

Feeling tired in legs and foot, waist also Uncomfortable to sit for long time. Especially left leg from top is more problem.

I do not exercise ..I have gone lazy and hypersomnia and insomnia suffering ...but I do have to walk a lot on feet ...up down stairs ..here and there...although I haven't gone slim, somewhat fat...but my feet's/ specially my ankles hurt a Lott , at times severely ...and that also rules out exercise options,I am not able to...I do have balanced diet..can long walks equals exercises ?

For the past one month my mom has been experiencing a weird sensation in her right arm. I would begin to describe the sensation as the arm falling asleep, but it definitely is not the same feeling.There is no tingling, no burning, and no pain. There is no loss of sensation, when She touches her arm during these episodes everything feels normal to the touch.There is no numbness at all and this sensation is only felt in the right arm and nowhere else in the body. This occurs an average 6 times a day, each episode lasting for a minute or so. She has cervical spondylosis and the associated neck stiffness and occasional neck pain. Could you please let me know what this could be and what we would need to do.

I had a lot of pain in my lower stomach and back also from last night. 3 years ago dr recognised that small cyst was there in my kidney .how can i get rid of my pain
