Difficult climbing stairs
My meniscus of right knee has been operated since then I m experiencing this problem. There is no problem in walking. I m doing cycling regularly upto 7km. Is it okay. Will I be fit again?

You fitness will depend on how active you keep yourself. Regular exercise in the form of walking or cycling will certainly help. Having meniscus surgery will not come in the way of it had been done the right way. However you may keep your age in consideration when you participate in such activities.
