I have sharp pains all over body like muscle and bone pain. I consulted orthopaedic and he advised me to take D3 test and the value is 16.4ng/ml and it is insufficient as per reference values. Jogging heat sensation

Just started jogging after a break of 3 months. I jog slow but almost 4 km .After 1.5 km i feel a sensation of heat on the bone from the knee to the leg. That time leg pains while jogging and the pain continues till i stop jogging and start walking.
