Few recent days I feel pain in only left leg (hamstrings and back knee area) after sitting on chair, When i walk after sitting pain is disappeared.This scenario begins from morning to evening, when i returned to home no pain but pain when strech and bend.also difficulties in standing up from sitting position. Please suggest me.

My neck, shoulders and back pain. I want to do a lot of things everyday. I plan a lot but in vain. I am not able to study well. I am highly depressed.

My husbands has been weak and gets injured easily. Last time while playing basketball, he again twisted his ankle. It pained a lot for the first few days. He uses ice and volini sometimes. Its been two weeks now, he can walk but cant twist his foot left or right. What is recommended so it heals faster.

Sir my mother is 47years old. Before 5years she had a pain near ankle. It was continues felling like burning. After some time it spread up word to knee and now up to back. Check up with two to three doctos and other remidees. But no benifit . now she has high pain in back and down. And also sweeling &burning type feelling. Problems o work or even walk. Consistentll pain in calf muscles.its been more than 3 months . the pressure application does relieve pain but thn its is all same again. Even took medicine for it..it did reduced the intensity but the pain remained.
