Hi there....I am sorry I am not able to completely understand your concern. From what I can understand, you are complaining of pain during menstruation and increased menstruation. This could be due to pcod, fibromas, endometriosis, drug intake. It will need clinical examination and even ultrasound abdomen and pelvis. So kindly consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation.
