Severe back pain
From last week my back is paining, below my right shoulder. It feels like a nerve is being stretched when I do some actions. The pain had got worse since 2 days, it feels like a problem in the muscle or nerves

Hello there... I understand your concern... There are many possible reasons for your pain which has to be taken care....it may be due to Abnormalities in the bone or joints,trauma,poor posture,degenerative diseases,muscle strain,shoulder joint instability,dislocation...you may require investigations like x ray,MRI etc...Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.

Severe muscle spasm could be the reason. Ayurvedic muscle relaxant medicines like Shallaki MR and many more with oil massage (Mahanarayan tail )and steaming (or heat pads) will releave the spasm
