Slip disc problem.
I have slip disc problem from last 1 year. I have regular heavy back pain. Please tell me permanent and effective solution for same.

Three stages .....of slip disc...dont know in which stage u r but i think heavy pain.....is protrusion...u should first rest for atleast one week when pain ...is unbearable.....let the pain go out completely......with the help of pain killers and muscle relaxants.......then after reducing ......pain at 0.0 then start taking warm water fomentation...on back side .......not exactly on pain site bust around it.......start back exercises like cat and camel ......surya namskar........straight leg raising ........bridging exercises.....upper back extension......hip extension............20 to 30 counts ...each.....twice aday.........avoid continuous standing and working ...... .for long time....... take rest in between......avoid heavy lifting...............if pain continuous after doing exercises for 1month consult orthopaedic and occupational therapist....in u r area...tc .th u..
