According to your history you are suffering from Shin Splints. Commonly seen in people after jogging/ sprinting. Apply ice pack wrapped in wet towel on the area of pain for 10 min. Consult a Sports Physio for intervention for the same and if you are a athlete ask for conditioning program and KT taping for prevention in future.
