Pain in wrist bone post delivery
I am experiencing pain in right hand wrist bone since i gave birth. Currently 12 weeks postpartum. I am also started feeling pain in my left wrist bone from few days. I have missed few calcium doses but now taking it properlly. Is it related to post pregnancy side effects or related to bone issues. I am not able to lift my baby confidentiality due to wrist pain. Please help

Vitamin deficiency.. check vitamin b12, vitamin D3 and hemoglobin

Madam,      You are likely to have Vit D deficiency.Take calcirol D 3 sachet for four weeks and regular gemcal HD daily.That will relieve your pain Regargs Dr Prasad
