Diffuse Osteophorosis
My mother was diagnosed with Osteophorosis and she is fine. Since she is experiencing more pain in Femur and hand and legs. Took for consultation and did MRI where they have asked to take Terifrac medicine.

Tk calcium supplements and avoid strain full activity and tk physiotherapy treatment

Avoid injury.as much as possible.......take healthy diet......jentle warmup excs.....walking ...in morning slowly....in osteoporosis. ....bones ae very fragile to take care......avoid sitting down on the ground cross leg........use commode chair...or western comode....use non skid mat to avoid.... slipping in bathroom... always keep enough light in hall..room..kitchen....and bathroom...to prevent fall...dear remember always prevention is better than cure tc cu....thnks
