Bone & Muscle problems

Last few months i had constant pain in right shoulder .when i sleeping it not hurts me but when i awake the pain usaly started. when i touched my hand to the sholder no pain there but then niddle type pain comes again . I take pain killer but there is no improvement done .when I use volini sprey the pain increse . I also use hot bag regularly once . but no improvement . I had an x-ray and suger test but all are normal.

Stiffness in bones, chest pain.she cannot get up by herself from the bed. She get nervous very soon . Not able to sleep at night.main problem is in bones

Hello I am having dull pain in area which connects neck to chest. Pain is there when i push something with my hand. I think i got it from sleeping on one side. Pain is there from 2 week. Pain can be felt above collar bone . Is it serious problem Should i go for doctor consult. It is not sharp pain.

From last week I'm having pain in my right knee. Their is not much difficulty in walking but whenever I bend it while sitting on chair or moving on steps then it pains. I have used Diclofenac gel in last few days but still no affects.

After 1month of knee replacement surgery my Mom is having nausea and stickiness in throat. From today all her medicine also stopped. Please can you advise what can be the reason

Hello, I had been diagnosed with Planter Fascitis and had been given steroids to treat it. Its been 7 months and have been given steroids for 3 times and still I am facing pain in my right heel. I followed all the precautions and exercises suggested by the orthopaedic. He said there is no other alternative to surgery and he does not recommend a surgery at this age as it has more complications than the result. Can anyone suggest an alternative treatment other than surgery or injecting steroids?

I am tak7ng shelcal 500gm daily 1 tablet,,vitamin d3 once in month, but still i have a right knee pain. Pls suggest me any permanent remedy for this pain.. i am having this pain from so long.

I am facing this problem for almost 3months now. Everyday when I get up, I feel pain in my knee for 10-15mins, then as I keep going with my routine it decreases. But whenevr I stand up after sitting for sometime, i can feel the stiffness and uneasiness while walking. In an interval of few days I also feel extreme pain in my legs calf muscles, between knee and ankles. When I raise my legs to a height, it soothes to some extent. I am not sure which specialist doctor should I approach to. I never had any injury. Can you please guide, what can be the problem with all these symptoms. I have been adviced to takr calcium and iron supplements, hence taking CalceraPhos, FivePhos.

Iam having a very lean body since my birth.So many are suggesting to take alcohol.Is it a good advice? If yes, what type of alcohol i have to take?

Had acl 4 years back.. Need permanent rehabilitation.it loosens out every time I exercise....right knee
