Bone & Muscle problems

I have suddenly developed knee pain for past one week specially while bending the knees. I go for morning walk for 30 minutes almost 5 days in a week. My height is 5 feet 8 inches and weight is 74 kg.

I am getting back pain since 5 years in xray shoing like gape between two discs i can't sit 1 hour my legs and hands also paining is there any medicins and injuctions and treatment please give me all about in detail. thank you.

I met with accident a week before and broke my right hand palm middle finger have attached x-ray. My consultant has suggested me to undergo surgery. Would like to your suggestions.

Yesterday night I experienced mild intermittent pain in my left palm (bottom middle portion) . This pain was very mild and last for 30 second and it goes away..after few minutes it again arises. This pain was only in one point only and it was not propagated. When I got up today morning there was no pain. I dint understand reason for this pain. Is it related to heart problem.

Hi..my friend has a problem in his shoulder area. Yesterday night there was pain in his right shoulder till palm of right hand. He messaged with pain relief cream but pain was increased by it. Then he rubbed the affected area with ice and got minor relief. Today he is feeling pain in left shoulder area till palm of left hand. And this time even massage with ice is also not working. Would you please guide us what should we do? Appreciate your help in this.

I get pain while bending knees or while climbing down or up on the stairs. I have routine of going gym. Sometimes I feel cracking noise in knees. I used to take thyroid medicines before, but stopped it 5 months before. Please advise on the same. Thanks.

Parallel chain of knots 3 to 4 knots on either side of the spine in back. Plus knots on lowest ribs on both sides. Excruciating pain in lower back. Pain erruptions occured 5 times this year since Jan'16. Problem is increasing in frequency since last 5 years.

Hi doc 10 months before a glass was stucked in my foot i had removed it that time bt aftr skin healed, 2 bumps appeared there. I feel little pain in that foot..i donno still glass is remained inside the skin or not..it will cause any problem to my nerve?..i m very scared..please help me out
