Having pain always in palm and feet mostly in morning time had vitamin d3 course once but it not give any improvement

Sir, I have moderate pain in my right knee only, but while bending there is cracking sound in both knees. During cold weather right knee's pain slightly increases and also it feels some inflammatory inside. I consulted a orthopedic doctor and he advised me to have x ray. And then advised me drugs (OSTOMA PLUS, ECOTOX, RABIKEM DSR, AND DICEF TAB) each 30 tablets for 30 days. But after taking all these medicines I don't feel any improvement. I asked another doctor who advised me to have CALCIUM 500mg + VITAMIN D3 500 iu tablets for couple of months and do some light exercise. Plz suggest me what should I do? My age is 26 years, weight 60 kgs, No one in my family has this problem, No injury or accident happened. BUT AS I LIVE ALONE AND GENERALLY HAVE FOOD IN HOTEL, SO THERE IS IRREGULARITIES IN MEAL AND ALSO DON'T GET PROPER DIET. (for last 10 years)

Hello , iam 26 years iam have lower backpain during my 1st pregnency and still now. Wheh i work hard my back will swell and get pain , i went for an ortho x ray is good nothing went wrong had medication for 3 months but again the problem continues. What should i do???

From last 4 years i had a heel pain tried painkiller consulted various doctors but no use . Not able to stand for more than 10 minutes .Request u to please suggest me best medicine or treatment to get releived.

Met with an accident...undisplaced clavicle bone fracture and scapula...it already five weeks...still I can feel the movement of bones in that area... How long it will take to become normal...

I have been having pain in my neck for the last 1 year. I was using memory foam pillow after which this pain increased. An ayurvaid has rold me that i have cervical spondilitis. I have gastric problems as well.

Sir she did leg amputated at miot before five yrs and did autograft below the knee now she got pain at cut end of femur and swelling when she wears artificial limbs it's really hates her wat to do sir

She cannot walk properly or sit as she has pain in her thighs which stresses to her knees while she folds her legs

My mom is suffering from arthritis and is unable to fold her right leg. She can only afford to half fold (90%) or like an "L" shape. Why is it so? Is it because of decrease in cartilage?
