Bone & Muscle problems

I am 25, male, having a flat feet since birth, and currently weighing 93kgs with height 6'2; and recently I've been having a sharp needle pinch pain in the sole of each feet and it is only in the front part of the sole and not in arches or heels. The pain persists when I am barefoot or when using less cushioned flip flops or shoes. Usually when I am wearing sneaker with well cushioned soles I don't feel any pain for any amount of time I stand. My job consists 8-10 hours of standing and moving around. This has never before happened with me as most of my life when I am at home I am barefoot on floor and I have always been okay! Also, when the pain persists while I am standing I usually lie down or sit and not let my feet touch the ground or hard surface the pain goes within a minute or two at max. This is concerning a lot for me since I have to wear safety shoes at my work and even with added cushion I have to face this pain these days. Any input would be appreciated.

My mother is in so much pain coz of right shoulder pain. She is unable to do household works. Sometimes it feels okay but when she does some work, the pain is extreme. She just cries sometime out of pain. She consulted one orthopedist, he said that avoiding work and relaxing will help but it didnt. Plz suggest something like some oil, supplement, therapy doctor that can help.

I have pain in my left wrist for last 2 months. I consulted an orthopedic and he took xray and said everything is fine. He said there could be some ligaments issue which need physiotherapy. I went for ultrasound and ift therapy for few days, stopped lifting anything from left hand. But Again i started feeling pain. Sometimes i do feel pain in my right knee. This makes me think if i am having deficiency of vitamin D or magnesium. Do i need to take any test? Whom should i consult?

There is pain in the joint near thumb area in right hand. I slipped on my hand around 2 weeks back. There is no fracture but still the pain persist. Any solutions??

My mother is suffering from osteoarthritis she is 47yr old. She is taking Patanjali tablets(its been 3 months now) . She can't fold her right leg to full. We took x-ray of her right knee and the doctor said there is slight decrease in the cartilage. Can you please tell me the reason why she can't fold her legs properly.

Last year I got a ligament tear in ankle. After a year long treatment and ankle support. Still it starts paining sometimes. All doctors advice me to lose weight but if I start exercising it starts paining. How to recover the ligament completely as physiotherapy is too costly.
