Bone & Muscle problems

I had got a sprain in my left foot ( upper part from thumb to ankle).. It's been 20 days now.. There was no swelling since day1 and even now there is no swelling.. I don't know how this Sprain happened, I dint do any major sports activity, etc. I ve been using crepe bandage and hot water se sek bhi kia hai.. But even now I'm having pain while walking.. What can be done?? Thanks..

Acute pain in left shoulder blade. Restricted movement. Also have diabetes since last 6 years. What are the possible ways of minimising pain and curing frozen shoulder. Pls help..

My son got a mild frature last friday; i took him to a orthopedic doctor who suggested 21 days plaster or crape bandage for 3 weeks; i opted for crape bandage..............after one week there is still some pain........please suggest if crape bandage is ok and will heal it...or i have to go for plaster

I have had issues with my left elbow and have often been clumsy, hitting it against objects. I would get pain when doing triceps exercises for example. Today I sharply hit the bone right next to my left elbow, and it was hurting really badly for 5 min. Then the pain stopped but if I massage over the bone, then I get pain. Can this issue be resolved by icing? To strengthen the elbow what can I do?

While working out my abs (I don't have abs) I get stomach cramps / severe muscle pull, why does this happen, all the time, due to this I am unable to workout my abdominal area.

In her forearms, flesh became hard like a rock and there are around four to five round shapped hard flesh ones. Its gives her a pain for the whole day and sometimes she even cries due to pain, i am really worried about this problem, is this any dangerous disease? Can it be permenantly cured? can you please advice.

Sir nearly 20 days ago i had accident and there bike handle hit my right leg (thai). So there swelling comes out so i just want to know is this dangerous to health. And blood clot there which takes problem while walking so plz give me some suggestions about this problem

My father is suffering from Severe pain in Hand and shoulder, he has taken medicine of Cervical, and also doing some physiotherapy but there is no relief at all, kindly suggest and advise
