Bone & Muscle problems

My relative was very old.. i thnk age 70 yr. She have too much shoulder pain. She dont move her hand.

I have undergone skin grafting on April 11th this year. The skin was peeled from right thigh and applied on left leg near knee joint. Everything was fine until it started bleeding from left leg. I'm concerned because I don't know if it's blood, water or again infection. And I'm predicting it's because of my weight(92kgs). My daily schedule is 7:30am- Corn Flakes, 8:30am-Sleep, 3:30-4:00pm- wake up, 4:15pm- limited rice. 11:30pm-12am- dinner (3 chapatis). If I walk a lot I'm bleeding mostly while I'm at work. A month ago my regular doctor who has performed the surgery has given me some vitamin tablets and a Zero Fat A capsule to reduce weight, but no change yet. I really need some help before it's too late.

One of the leg is swollen. Now there are sores developing in the thigh. Problem in walking and standing .

I want to know if there is any relief in the pain of A.S. or there any treatment of this? I am having excessive pain in my back and neck.

I had arthroscopic surgery in my left knee for chondromalacia patella 2 years back and still i feel pain when i run around 1 km. From, last 6-months feel pain in my right leg groin as well when i walks a long distance or play cricket i feel pain in my groin and pain in below the knee cap of left knee. And I also feel the pain in my right leg groin area when i lift the leg pain is not so strong but still it's make me worry. I did phytotherapy daily and still doing along with that i do yoga and stretching for legs. When i don't play any game or running or long walking activity then it won't pain, so right now i am not able to understand after 2 years do i still hav ethe same Chandromalacia issue. Thanks.

Hi i am suffering from slip disc problem last 6years . pls suggest me for ozone therapy is gud or not and cost of ozone therapy.

Thanks sir for your feedback but that doctor only suggested me to undergo MRI and i undertook back XRay the report of which i have attached.. Is it a serious problem? I am definitely gonna consult indian spinal centre next week.. Actually my problem persists when i sit in a position for more than 2-3 hrs and when i wake up in the morning then i feel as if i am normal but when i exert then the pain starts.. Regrds

Hello sir, Last 2-3 month I have faced upper back pain issue with both arm tightness as well as sickness . I concerned same with neurologist and he prescribed some like pregabid NT,nucoxia-mr and retense but after taking that I feel temporary relief but after 3 days I feel more pain so again discussed with doctor and stop the taking pregabid NT but still feel pain while I seating or sleeping. After suggestions of my friend I evaluate some blood test like vitamin D and calcium and found I have a vitamin D deficiency (result of vitamin D,25-Hydroxy,serum. 18.55 nmol/L) so again i concerned with same doctor and he suggested 1. calcirol Sachet- once daily with milk for 1 week and then once in a week. 2. Tab Shelcal HD once daily. But after one week I feel no improvement please suggest me is it any dangerous issue like kidney disease or other. Please do needful ASAP. Nature of work: daily 8 hrs work on laptop but last 1 month I leave from office& now 1-2 hours work once day.

Severe pain while putting pressure like while walking. Pain while moving ankle. Had applied heat process past 1 day and applied volini etc. Ques: 1) How much time will it take for recovery? 2) There is less visible swelling. Should I apply ice packs? I have already applied heat 2-3 times past 24 hours now. 3) Any medicine advisable?

Dear Sir, This is in continuation the mail that i had sent regarding upper back pain, i am attaching the X Ray report of my back, also doctor prescribed me medicines i just remember one night capsule which is gabapin 600 but my pain still exists.. Plz let me know Thanks
