Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the knee against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Hello, The fracture is clearly visible in xray. It is not completely displaced .,this is the reason ur getting two different opinions. In my opinion though the displacement is not too much but it is displaced , so it's better to go with  surgery. It will give u better and early results.Knee joint is very important structure bearing complete weight of body,it has to b perfect. You are also talking about " two ligaments fracture "..what do u want to say.Actually Bones get fractured . Ligaments are not fractured they r torn..and if ur really talking about ligaments then v need mri for its proper advice.
