Can i do cycling post acl
I have undergone acl construction 5 mnths back i am able to di all normal activity i have undergone physiotherapy also but i am bit limping while walking when o consulted doctor he said i need to improve extension and suggested squats my question is can i do cycling using cycling machine

Not yet . Visit your orthopaedic after six month for a review and physical check up . Let him examine your leg and ask the same question there . All the best

dear friend you can cycle there should be no problem but it will be better if you still give the knee rest and physiotherapy for another month or so for a good and complete healing after that can du every thing you wish to but avoid a repeat strain.
