dear Practo user most of the individuals have tendency to grow till 25 yrs of age, also i had a case of 19yr old boy whose height has increased by 1inch in 6month of treatment which earlier it was nill (Patient Reported), so HOmoeopahty has option that too without any side effects
Next Steps
take Homoeopahtic medicine 1.Calc. Phos. 200 pills-6-0-0 for 3months 2. Baryta Carb 30-pills 0-0-4 for 3months revert back after 3months
Health Tips
prossibly avoid all the medications untill you show for followup all the best, homoeopathy has answer for such kind of cases without any side effects

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  An individual's height depend on his/her genetic makeup, hormones, diet and nutrition etc. Basically there are many factors involved. One's growth ceases after the age of around 21-22. So to answer your question, i'm of the opinion that its not possible for you to increase your height. There are many scammy advertisements running on the tv that say you can grow your height or else take your money back etc. But they all are as i said "SCAMS". best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. dear friend, height in absence of congenital issues like hormone deficiency or excess is a genetically determined entity genetics play about 80% part, depending on your father's and mother's side height profile multiple genes take part in the process too, nutrition and other environmental factors contribute only about 20 %, also you have completed the age limit for growth and the growth plates in the bones called epiphysis would have closed by now, please do not fall pray to claims made by various medications they actually do not seem to be working, if you have a proportionate structure height usually doesnt make much of difference please keep your self image high and remember good things come a small packages and many of the world celebrities were not very tall.

Hello there...... Unfortunately, once you're done growing, that's pretty much it. Men grow height-wise until ~21 years old, although depending on the person they may experience slight changes until 25. For someone in their later twenties, you're already not producing the regul ar pulsatile bursts of growth hormone needed to stimulate longitudinal growth, but even if an exogenous source was provided, the growth region of the bone known as the epiphyseal plate has already shut down, so you'd only grow laterally......
