Bone & Muscle problems

Hello Doctor, I feel pain in my bone below knee when I press it. Could you please advise if this could be just symptoms of vitamin D deficiency or this could be something different. I noticed this few months back. Thanks.

I am 30 yrs, height 5'feet weight 72kg ..I used to wear high heels..it's been more than 2yrs since I discarded heels bcoz hvng constant pain in knee joint area..after seeing an doctor and take x-rays..he said Its starting of Osteoarthritis. Please tell me what is cure of this disease.

A month ago my left foot turned while playing and my ligament just below the left ankle of left foot was injured. I consulted a doctor he said that don't work out much and run with left foot and give rest and tie crepe bandage whole day except while sleeping and do ice compression 2 times a day minimum

Hi. I'm having a grade 3 tear of pcl on my left knee I was recovering good and went to my doctor he said it is healing. However temptations led me to play football and now I'm having pain it's manageable but I would just like some sort of medication for the next 4-5 days for the pain. Please help and I shall not be playing for the next few months. Thank you in advance.
