Gct reaccurance in tibia
We had a gct in Upper tibia and we got cure cuttage with self bone ,chroanes ,cementing and grafting done in February 2016.
We again had a reaccurance in September 2016 and a fracture.how frequent are chances of reaccurance

Hello there..... I went through your query..... I can understand your concern.... Intralesional curettage and bone grafting is a limb-sparing option that is associated with good functional and oncologic outcomes. However, simple curettage with or without bone grafting has recurrence rates of 27-55%...... Consult your orthopedician for further advice......
