Bear weight on the affected limb. Walk normally. Bone is healing. Full union takes around a year.

Kindly consult your doctor (who operated on you)for follow up. It is a well done job. Fracture seems to have united. I would like to examine you before giving any opinion.

Looks like the bone is uniting on x ray and also you don't have any symptoms.. Usually union takes 3-4 months but I'm Tibia it may take longer..
Next Steps
Keep following up with your surgeon.. He will be the best person to decide about grafting if necessary..

Start weight bearing now to increase bone formation.. total time for union is 9 months.. so you can wait for 5 more month for healing.. I think till that time tibia will unite well.. if 9 month xray is showing any non union sign, than other procedure will be required As such you can wait now, start calcium tablet, consume more milk and start weight bearing
