I'm doing abs exercise ,started recently I have soreness what I have to do to reduce my abs soreness

Right legs is shaking and paining while normal walking. Earlier I was diganosed with nerve srinkage and spongalitis

Can I take cold pack for snapping hip and meniscus grd ll tear? I am suffering from this from past 6 months. Initially I took treatment but not not fully recovered. My right knee starts painting if do more work@ home. N snapping hip (right side) it'd not reduced. Please suggest me what to do? TIA.

I am suffering from pain in my right shoulder from about two years now. I have visited many doctors in this time most helpful was physiotherapist but couldn't cure it it was reduced though. Yesterday I decided to do some workout and suddenly pain is increased. I am really disappointed is it like I shouldn't do any exercise. I have pain only while moving my arm in particular angle. Also joint makes noise while moving.

I am going to gym from two days onwards. now I am feeling very body pains. can I take painkillers? and suggest me the name of the medicine of painkillers

During morning walk suddenly my father felt near about no strength on right leg, and felt stretched. pressure checked 140/80. he can walk but tell us that he may fall on the ground. right arm also a short of stretched. this is continuing last 6 hours.

Doctor, Right side of my neck pains from last 1 year. Doctor says its a nerve problem. i've been doing neck exercises since 6 months. will it be better by IFT or Ultrasonic physiotherapy? does is has side-effects?
