Bone & Muscle problems

The talus bone is enlarged like hook downwards of the left leg seen on x-ray. Severe pain after getting some rest. Thyroid hormone level is severely high. Antithyriod tablets are not working inspite of a month's medication. Injection into the bone is not showing any improvement too. Should we go for surgery or rely on antithyroid medication?

Everyday when I wake up, I feel my ribs are paining. Sometimes, pain suddenly starts with each and every breath. I can not take that pain and nobody can stop breathing.

My dad has been detected advanced arthritis in both his knee as his age is 75 yrs we do not want to go for knee replacement,so want to try visco-supplementation injection for his knees,but the cost quoted to us is Rs 15000,but on researching the medicine market the injections are available from Rs 750 to Rs 15,000,so now I need little suggestion like which brand injection need to be bought of which quantity for eg,10 mg,is there any course to be followed a month or one injection per knee is enough till the pain erupts again in next 6 month or so.

I used to travel 30km and sit for nearly 6 hr without support for 2 months but soon after 1 and half month I felt that something is not going good my upper side of neck i.e Head started paining and after that on shoulders.Done with medicines for 1yr but no result and right now taking physiotherapy from 15 days but frankly speaking I am not getting the good results although doctor is good and trying hard. Need your guidance what to do next. Thank you in advance

2 months earlier i faced with an accident while got up an auto rikshaw i step up my leg inside the auto and my left knee hit with the seat-rod.that time i feel a deep pain in my knee and i cannot bend my leg for few minutes.i was feeling as if my knee locked but taking a rest beside the footpath for few minutes then i was able to walk in slow motion and came to my home and give some ice to that place and feeling some relief after few hours.then next day i cannot feel any pain on my knee.but after passing 2 months now i feel some internal pain on the same place (bearable) sometimes, though it does not create any problem when i walk but a soft pain i fell when i am sitting in a place for a long time either in a bed or a chair.so please suggest me what should i do?

Hello doctor, its shubham Before 5 days i went to gym for regular excersise, but after coming back to home i found that my left hand is bonding me to do work because it had bent. It was giving pain in regular movement of left hand. Then somehow i found that some of muscles have been starched due to which i am not able to do straight my hand and also not able to fold my hand properly. Then i consult with Dr. and he suggested me to do regularly maalish by ice cues and keeping arm pouch and gave me 2 medicine i.e. Ocid-Dsr and Hifenac-D. I am following this from last 3 days. So i just want to know that this treatment is enough to bring back my hands movement. Or should i do other hand excersise.

I have an rheumatoid arthritis. I am taking homeopathic treatment for the same. 4 yrs back my wt was 54kg after 2yrs 52kg & now it is 49.9kg. Weightloss is one of some symptoms of TB. I want to do the test for TB. Please suggest me which test I need to do for TB?
