I start running of 1 km from 1 month. This running start after 4 years after leave.
Now i feel so much pain in shin and calf (as u shown in figure) even it give me hurt when i touch it with my fingers. I feel very high pain when i complete my running and sit anywhere or stand with anyone.
During pain even i am not able to walk. It was so difficult for me.
How i get releif from this pain

Hello there...I can understand your concern. From your description it looks like you could be suffering muscle cramps or spasms. You will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations. So kindly consult a orthopedic for further evaluation. Also try to do stretching excercises before starting and after completing the workout. Give your body enough rest to recover between the workouts.
