Bone & Muscle problems

Dear sir, I am having lower lumbar spine from last 4 years . im taking medication but i dnt cure. my recent MRI reports im adding . plz suggest further treatment

I am having tender pain on the left side waist, kind of stiffness as if muscles or nerves getting stretched or stiff on that side, also can't sleep on that side, have been taking multi vitamins and physio sessions which reduces pain a bit but still not subsiding completely, pain also goes to legs and I feel tremors or shakiness in nerves where pain is occurring. Please let me know whom should I consult to ?

I was suffering wid severe lower back pain.And den I went to orthopaedic and got my x-ray done.Medicnes prescribed by orthopaedic.Tablet Etoshine MR,Neurobion forte and defza G,I.e,Deflazacort 6mg and Etoricoxib and Thiocolchicoside and Vitamin B 12.pain history:-Lower back pain since one week.pain aggravates more when I bend in front,change posture while sleeping.relieves only fr 2hrs immediately after taking medicine.pain is radiating on upper back region.It started before 15 days when I was sitting in a wrong posture for long time during my dental clinical postings in college and I felt cramp while riding scooter.

Left hip joint pain radiating down to the feet,uneasiness in the left leg,has to sleep on the left side.what is my problem??

Hello! Doctor, I am suffering from back pain it's pain like anything if i stand for 20-30 min. I don't think it's a correct age to get a back problem,why its happening can you please tell the reason and also some remedy for it.

I got my left knee twisted while playing basketball and i am reported with Partial ACL tear. But someone said complete tear is also reported as partial. Is it so and my knee is stable and i can walk properly. Kindly suggest

Hello, I am a athlete (boxer), I have subluxation in my left shoulder for last 1 month my left shoulder is drops little when I leave arm free and I feel clicking while rotating my shoulder, shoulder didn't dislocated or come out of the socket yet and i also don't feel any pain it's just not looks symmetrical to other shoulder when i look in mirror ,do I need a surgery or this subluxation problem can cure by Physiotherapy.

Met with accident 3 weeks back. Complete ACL tear. Been on meds and going through physiotherapy sessions from 3 weeks. Whether to go for operation and how much will be the cost of it as well as recovery time.

I have a pain sensation in my neck, back & shoulder area. when weak up morning i could not move my neck i had feel very pain then i massage by move & amrutanjan roll on too but its no longer satisfaction. then i show local homeopath dr. but still i have pain, i could not sleep comfortably bcoz of neck. plz dr. tell me what should i do. should i go to physiotherapist or ortho.
