Bone & Muscle problems

Have frequent Lower back pain since 6-7 years. It usually starts when i wake up in the morning and continue for 1-2 days. Had done X ray and doctor consultation but they said no issues. The pain is very annoying and movement becomes difficult when it starts.

I am facing lower back pain from last few year and start getting irritating after long sitting and don't do any exercise and not taking any medicine.

Can you suggest method to reduce pain for patients with arthritis. I have heard Salt water put on legs helps? Can you suggest.

Started 2 weeks back suddenly out of no where while waking up one morning. Couldn't even get out of the bed. Crocin pain tablets or cambiflam tablet or volini spray didn't work. I've asked him to sleep on the floor as of now. After 2 weeks, now, he's able to bear the pain. As the day starts there's lots of back pain. Then as he walks n moves around, the body becomes flexible n towards the end of the day he finds it easier to walk, climb stairs etc. But any sudden jerk or movement causes deep pain. As a result he's not able to go for any workout like walking or jogging. He's been a software engineer for 10 years, n this is the 1st time he's fallen sick like this. Pls suggest the remedy for complete cure and non- reoccurrence. Thank u.

My mom has survical pain since 3-4 years. But, at present her feet is hurting so much. There is also wrist pain most of the times.

Lower back pain is killing especially at early morning and standing at long hours also gets paining. Can't sleep opposite side of normal sleep due to pain. Pain not feel when i play badminton. Lower back is there almost 1 year after treatment like physiotherapy and pain killer was better again now started. I go gym, jagging and playing badminton regularly but i don't feel any pain when do all these activities.

Since two days i am having an acute lower back pain which is quite persistent and does not go.. the pain seems quite severe and inspite of massages and several yoga postures dint have any affect.

My back is paining so badly . From 2_3 month I have done the x-ray in which doctor found SPASM in my back bone.i m taking mobizox Mr but there is no relief . help me please.

Hi dr. Since 8 months i had knee pain, with slight warmness in legs but now past 1 month i had left face tightness and vibration feeling in head, i have calf pain muscles to, going through treatment. Mri back is okaya mainly trouble is with knees pls suggest ;(
