Earlier I had plantar fascitis problem but I'd taken proper medication , so I got plantar fasciitis in control and now I stopped medication n continuing with daily exercises. My main problem is when I suffered with plantar fasciitis I took an injection in my foot which helped me for short time but after 2 months my foot fingers started going curved. Its been almost 2 years , 2 of my foot fingers are still curved. Daily mng I get lot of pain after exercises it subsides but is there any way I can get my curved foot fingers straight?

I have got a corn on feet and suffering with pain. I have used corn caps and antibiotics for the same. Can somebody with kindheart help me on this and let know the suggestions for the same. I have attached the image of corn for better understanding, please help.

Since 4-5 years I'm suffering from lower back pain but off late the pain is very very bad. I took an x-ray to check what's the matter. Reports shows that I have got spondylosis of l4-l5 with s1 sacralisation. The doctor that I'm consulting says a nerve is getting compressed and my spine space has reduced in l4-l5 and l5-s1. Have spent 48000 till now as I'm taking Ayurveda medicine of oil and lep. I want to know what's the alternative treatment I can opt for and will I ever get relieved of this pain?

My brother has severe back pain from past 3 months, he has diffuse disc bulge in l4 l5 and in l5 s1 and l3-l4 causing thecal indentation. This year is very crucial for him as he is in 12 th std but he is not able to sit so he is not attending any classes n school. He is done with Kerala Ayurveda treatment but no results. What was the reason for this cause and what can be done now? Please advice

I am a 22 year old slightly overweight man. I have random pain in my wrists elbow and forearms. This has been troubling me for quite some time now. I think its worth a mention that I have had two fractures on both arms in the past 3-4 years, one in wrist and one in forearm each. The pain is not very severe but it constantly appears after some time.

Around 10 months back, my mother had impact on knee due to some stray dogs collided with her from right side during their fight when she went for morning walk.
